Ex-49er 'apparently' threatened Eric Swalwell, congressman says

A former 49er with a long history of alleged violence appears to have sent a threatening message to Bay Area Rep. Eric Swalwell, the congressman’s office said in a statement on Wednesday.
Swalwell, a Democrat who has represented the East Bay in Congress since 2013, posted a screenshot of a Twitter direct message that appeared to be from Miller’s account. “Who is this guy threatening to execute me?” Swalwell wrote. “And how does he have so many followers?”
