ARIES. (March 20 - April 19): You're accused of stepping on people's toes but sometimes that's the only way to get things done. People are free to step back.
TAURUS. (April 20 - May 20): Don't lose sleep over a dispute. That's why you have an agreement in place. Simply refer to the pertinent clause or line in your contract and it's settled.
GEMINI. (May 21 - June 20): Don't let a rival know that s/he got under your skin. Be cool. The best way to win a contest is to look like you're not competing.
CANCER. (June 21 - July 21): Showing you're as fallible as anyone else is a plus today. It makes you look human. Cop to a mistake - even if you have to make one up.
LEO. (July 22 - Aug. 22): You're convinced that someone's holding out on you. Could it be that this person just feels intimidated? Lighten up and s/he will be more forthcoming.
VIRGO. (Aug. 23 - Sept. 22): Others are being demanding and you have no choice but to accommodate them. It's best to grin and bear it.
LIBRA. (Sept. 23 - Oct. 22): You wanted more responsibility and now you've got it. It may feel frightening at first but you'll rise to the occasion of yourself.
SCORPIO. (Oct. 23 - Nov. 21): Don't try reasoning with people en masse. You don't do well in group situations. Take each aside one by one and you'll turn them around to your way of thinking.
SAGITTARIUS. (Nov. 22 - Dec. 20): A shift in the balance of power puts you in charge. This is your chance to be the role model you wished that you had had.
CAPRICORN. (Dec. 21 - Jan. 19): A colleague gets aggressive and your reaction is to put him in his place. But don't. Nothing compares to the damage that this person is doing to himself.
AQUARIUS. (Jan. 20 - Feb. 17): You know you'll be vindicated, but that still doesn't make you happy about the bad feelings. Remember that feelings change; principles don't.
PISCES. (Feb. 18 - March 19): Are people dead-set on challenging you? Perhaps. But the constant agitation gets you to exercise the authority you've kept under wraps.
