After teleporting, walk straight to the cliff. You will see a bridge on your left and 3 Pine Trees below it. Next to these trees, there will be an NPC named Ponnick waiting with a hot air balloon. The entrance to Rito Village Chasm is located exactly under these 3 trees and Ponnick. Jump off the cliff and open your Glider. You will see the cave you can enter.

When you enter Rito Village Chasm, you will see a big hole in the middle. Jump through this hole and you will find yourself in the Abandoned Hebra Mine.
