Chrishell Stause sets the record straight on her Vegas wedding to G Flip
Chrishell Stause’s marriage to G Flip is the real deal — even if it’s not in the eyes of the law.
During an appearance on “SiriusXM Hits 1 LA with Tony Fly and Symon,” the “Selling Sunset” star was asked if their Las Vegas nuptials were legally binding amid speculation the ceremony was all for gimmicks.
“Well, honestly, I think that everyone is [acting] like that’s the thing. They’re like, ‘Gotcha,'” Stause said.
“But to be honest with you, we knew if we did it, we would also hear people say, ‘Oh, you know, G wants a green card.’ Where it’s like G already has a passport, a visa,” she continued.

The former soap opera star added that “it doesn’t matter what we do for the rest of our lives, we’re gonna hear criticism, so we decided we are always just gonna do exactly what we wanna do and I’m not out here to try and prove people how serious it is or how meaningful it was.”
“If you don’t believe it, I don’t care and that’s the best part. I don’t need your approval,” she concluded.
On May 10, Stause announced that she and the Australian singer — who is nonbinary and uses they/them pronouns — said “I do” after just one year of dating.

However, Page Six confirmed at the time that there was no record of the couple obtaining a marriage license in Clark County, Nev.
Sources later told TMZ that, while the pair aren’t legally married yet, they “plan to have an official wedding ceremony” in the future.

In fact, after their wedding, Stause and G Flip got tattoos with a special nod to their meet-cute.
“OK, listen, so because we randomly met at a Halloween party and we were both dressed as skeletons … during our vows, G was saying, kind of like ‘Be Your Man’ references,” she explained on the radio show.

“‘You know, growing up with Disney, I’m not exactly what you would’ve imagined, but maybe we’re just two skeletons, like the day we met.'”
“So, I have that on this side,” Stause shared. “Just because at the end of the day, who cares about anything? We are just skeletons. It’s so meaningful.”
While Stause has the tattoo on her side, G Flip got it on their arm.
