Diablo 4 Class Tier List - The Best Classes in Diablo 4
Diablo 4 is finally here (at least for those with early access), and many players are wondering which class is the best for all types of content. With five classes at launch, picking one might be challenging. The aesthetic and gameplay of each one are different, which could make many players think twice before choosing. If that’s the case for you, don’t worry! Today we’ve prepared our Diablo 4 class tier list with the best classes in the game. Whether you want to try end-game content or do some side dungeons, you’ll find a class here to take on your journey.
Diablo 4 Class Tier List: Best Classes in the Game for End Content
We’ll focus on end-game content in our Diablo 4 class tier list since most players want to tackle that. While leveling is also important, most classes are optimized for that and shouldn’t cause any trouble. Yet, some classes perform a lot better than others for end-game stuff. Let’s begin with the best classes in Diablo 4 without further ado.
Sorcerer: S Tier
Starting our Diablo 4 class tier list, we have the Sorcerer as one of the best classes in the game. This class is fantastic at doing damage and crowd-control. One fantastic thing about this class is that it is one of the best ones for solo play. If you don’t enjoy grouping with others, this class is for you.
Necromancer: S Tier
Casters shine during the game’s launch, and that’s why the Necromancer is here too. This class is great because of its fantastic abilities that do a lot of damage and the high survivability it provides. It is one of the best classes for newcomers, and you should try it if you’re into the aesthetic.
Rogue: A Tier
The Rogue is a fantastic class and the most agile one in the game. It was hard not to put it on top of our Diablo 4 class tier list, but we have a reason for that. While it has one of the biggest DPS abilities, it is also one of the most challenging classes. This might put off some players as it requires planning, a good build, and a lot of patience.
Druid: A Tier
The “jack of all trades, master of none” class. This class is one of the best classes in Diablo 4 due to how easy it is to build and how little margin for error it has, yet, it doesn’t shine in any area as others. While it gives many things to players, it is also difficult to specialize fully in one. Other classes have better support skills and damage numbers, yet, this one is fantastic if you want to transform into a werewolf.

Barbarian: B Tier
Many might’ve been on the fence when playing Barbarian during the game’s beta period because it feels slow and tedious to use, and sadly, that’s how it feels at launch too. It is a fine class, but we feel others are more fun to play. While this one boasts some fantastic buffing abilities and great damage, others do everything better.
This is our Diablo 4 class tier list with the best classes in the game for us. While this is our opinion, it isn’t definitive. You can try any of them and specialize in your favorite. This is the magic of Diablo games, and we’re sure you’ll find a class to stick around with until the end.
Diablo 4 is available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
