The officer subsequently determined that probable cause existed to arrest Combs, who was taken into custody in connection with suspicion of driving under the influence, the outlet reported.

Combs was then booked in connection with a misdemeanor DUI, with his bond set at $5,000, the outlet reported.

He was subsequently released on his own recognizance, The U.S. Sun reported Sunday afternoon.

Diddy, 53, welcomed Justin on December 30, 1993 with ex Misa Hylton, 50, in Mount Vernon, New York.

After playing football in college at UCLA, he graduated from the university in 2016 and has embarked on a number of business endeavors in the entertainment industry.

As an actor, he has been seen on the TV series Power Book II: Ghost and Respectfully Justin and in the 2016 film Date with a Hammer.

He has producer credits on TV shows including Respectfully Justin and The Crew League.

Diddy is father to Justin, 29, King, 25, Christian, 24, Chance, 17, twins Jessie and D’Lila, 16, and baby daughter Love, six months. He has also adopted Quincy Taylor Brown, 32, the son of his late ex Kim Porter and singer Al B. Sure!

Comb's father Sean 'Diddy' Combs sued the alcoholic beverages company Diageo late last month, claiming that his vodka and tequila brands had been denied promised investments.

He also claimed that his labels were being marketed as 'urban' products that were allegedly inferior to higher-prestige liquors.

The lawsuit, which was filed with New York's Supreme Court in Manhattan by Combs Wine and Spirits, claims that Diageo North American has allowed his Ciroc vodka and DeLeon tequila labels to wither on the vine, despite other celebrity labels getting abundant support.

For example, Diageo purchased George Clooney and Rande Gerber's buzzy tequila brand Casamigos for a stunning $1 billion in 2017.

Combs even claimed that executives with the liquor giant told him that the limited urban neighborhoods distribution model had been instituted because he was Black.

He also claimed in his filing that some executives in the company resented him for his wealth.
