Melissa Gorga is firing back—and bringing the receipts.
After Teresa Giudice accused her brother Joe Gorga and sister-in-law of being responsible for her 2015 prison sentence for fraud during the first half of The Real Housewives of New Jersey's season 13 reunion, the Bravo star is clarifying her comment in a sneak peek at part two airing June 6.
"I'm not saying they're responsible," Teresa says in the preview, "they hung out with people who were responsible for that happening."
When host Andy Cohen reminds Teresa that her ex-husband Joe Giudice—who served his own three-year sentence—was actually to blame for their past legal troubles, she doubles down. "I spoke to the FBI," she adds, "I know proof."
Teresa elaborates that her ex-frenemy and former co-star Jacqueline Laurita told her the Gorgas were allegedly friends with someone who reported their fraud to the authorities.
"He was not trying to do it to me," she continued in reference to her brother. "He was trying to do it to my ex, because he was hanging out with people who were doing it to my ex. It's very sad that my own family was hanging out with people that were trying to hurt us."
