There’s still time for this octogenarian outlaw to turn over a new leaf.

An 82-year-old German marijuana avoided prison after his 25th conviction Monday, instead being issued a “very last warning.”

The unidentified retired seaman told the court he wanted to bolster his $855 monthly pension by selling weed, which is illegal for recreational use in the country.

Prosecutors had asked the Aurich court to impose a nearly three year sentence on the ne’er do well, because of his lengthy criminal record and an existing suspended sentence.

The presiding judge took a much more lenient approach, classifying his latest crimes as “less serious offenses” due to his personal circumstances and health complications, according to the Deutsche Presse-Agentur news agency.
