Will you get Galaxy Watch 4, Watch 5 One UI Watch 5 beta update?
Samsung has kicked off the One UI Watch 5 beta program for the Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 5 smartwatches. Owners of Samsung’s Wear OS watches can try out the new software to provide feedback that helps Samsung iron out all the issues ahead of the update’s public release.
The One UI Watch 5 beta program is not unlike the beta program Samsung runs for its smartphones for every major new Android and One UI upgrade. Interested users can sign up through the Samsung Members app to download the first beta update, and Samsung will release a few more beta updates based on the feedback they receive before the final stable update is rolled out worldwide.
But where will the One UI Watch 5 beta be available? Is Samsung releasing it in every market where it usually launches its smartphone beta programs? Will you be able to take One UI Watch 5 for a spin on your Galaxy Watch 4 or Galaxy Watch 5?
Countries where One UI Watch 5 beta program is available
Well, the answer might come as a disappointment: Samsung is only launching the beta in the USA and South Korea. Samsung has not outright ruled out the possibility of the beta coming to other markets, but the company has only confirmed it for the US and Korea for now so you might want to keep your expectations in check.
