The incident has been faced by several Gigabyte GeForce RTX 40 & RTX 30 GPU users who reached Louis to raise their voices against the problem. According to the pictures shared, it can be seen the Gigabyte GPUs have a design malfunction in their PCB, which is leading to cracks in a specific area. The cracks. somehow damage the PCIe lanes inside the GPU, preventing data transfer & ultimately leading to a useless GPU.

Several affected people tried to claim this issue with Gigabyte and, ironically, rejected their RMA request. Gigabyte isn't addressing the problem because this comes under physical damage, which the company doesn't entertain.
