An anonymous teen went viral for going to great lengths to cheer up his girlfriend after a bad day, and TikTok absolutely loves him for it.

The story first took off when the teen’s mom, Tabi Metivier Nance (@tabimetiviernance), shared a video of her son walking into an Ulta beauty store.

“When you drive your son an hour to surprise his girlfriend when she’s having a bad day …,” the video text reads as the teen wanders around the store looking for his girlfriend.

Finally, he comes up behind her, and the look of shock (and happiness) on her face is truly priceless.

Almost immediately, the girl hops into her boyfriend’s arms and wraps her legs around him in a heartwarming embrace. Though they barely exchange words — other than the teen asking his girlfriend if she’s crying (spoiler alert, she was) — the message is pretty clear: He definitely made her day just by showing up.

The clip has received over 25 million views and warmed hearts all over TikTok for weeks.

“I WISH THERE WERE MORE BOYS LIKE UR SON MA’AM,” wrote one user who was very touched.

“I need thissss,” said someone else.

The mom’s role in all of this particularly intrigued viewers.

“The fact that his mum was willing to do it makes it so much sweeter,” one person wrote.

“is anyone going to talk abt the mom’s dedication to their relationship,” asked another.

“Omg the way you support him being a good man!!!” someone else wrote. “This is how you raise future husbands.”

As sweet as this video is, it’s only half the story.

In another video, shot by a friend, viewers see things from the girlfriend’s perspective — and somehow, it’s even better than the original.

“me having a bad day and telling my bf just how much i just want to hug him,” the teen’s video text reads.

Little did she know, he would immediately take that request to heart and drove more than an hour to do just that.

Talk about #RelationshipGoals.
