Exciting news for the Crown Heights community! For the first time ever, Crown Heights will soon have its very own coding and cybersecurity boot camp programs. This is a huge parnasa opportunity for anyone in the community who is interested in going into tech.
Brought to the schuna by Crown Heights Young Entrepreneurs in partnership with YU Globa,l a division of Yeshiva University, will be offering two 6-month certifications – one focused on coding and one on cybersecurity. Graduates of either boot camp will earn the skills needed to land a job in tech with a starting salary of $70,000 a year!
“As technology continues to advance, computer programming and cybersecurity have become fast-growing industries offering jobs in high demand,” said Rabbi Yehoshua Werde, founder of CHYE. “Now that these coding and cybersecurity boot camp programs offered by YU Global have been made available to the Crown Heights community, more anash will have access to incredible job opportunities in the tech industry.”
Each YU Global graduate will receive a certificate of completion, making them valuable candidates in the eyes of prospective employers in tech. Additionally, no college degree is required to complete either of these certification programs.
