SFPD vehicle ends up inside old Lucca Ravioli spot after chase

A San Francisco police SUV ended up inside the old Lucca Ravioli location in the Mission District on Wednesday evening after the vehicle lost control during a high-speed chase, according to Mission Local.
One witness, Chris, told Mission Local that a red car traveling "50 to 60 miles per hour" on 22nd Street toward Valencia Street was followed by an SFPD cruiser. The red car then made a left onto Valencia, he said, adding that the police vehicle ended up driving into the shuttered storefront that used to house Lucca Ravioli, breaking the glass windows and doors.
