AMBER Alert canceled after 2 missing girls from Athens found safe in Smith County
ATHENS, Texas (KLTV) - The Henderson County sheriff says the juveniles at the center of Thursday’s AMBER Alert have been located.
Sheriff Botie Hillhouse says that the girls were found in Smith County. They are safe, he said, and the case is still being investigated.
The AMBER Alert had listed the girls as “abducted child.”
The girls are Willow Webb, 14, and Bonnie Webb, 11. They were last seen off of County Road 1408 just outside the city limits of Athens.
