Beautiful 4k screenshots of Rashid in Street Fighter 6
Just last night, Capcom hit fans with a surprise gameplay trailer for Street Fighter 6's first DLC character. Hate him or hate hi—I mean, love him, Rashid is making his grand return later this month and is bringing the turbulent wind with him.
In his new showcase, Rashid showed off several of his high-flying, speedy tools in Street Fighter 6. Now, we're slowing things down and taking a closer look at the character in this new batch of beautiful 4k screenshots featuring the upcoming DLC fighter.
These hi-res images grant us a better look at Rashid's new design for Street Fighter 6. He wears light, billowy clothes that smoothly sway in the wind — those animations look fantastic — and he wears a camera on his chest to catch the action for his live streams.
Various attacks are on display here too, including a soaring kick, his Whirlwind Shot, and his Spinning Mixer, which sees him spin around like a tornado as he moves forward at the opponent. All of his returning and new moves look great here in Street Fighter 6, and while they probably won't be much fun to fight against... the character overall looks incredible this time around.
As an added treat, Capcom threw in a quick look at what will very likely be Rashid's Outfit 2 in Street Fighter 6. With it, the master of the turbulent wind dons his classic Street Fighter 5 look, and one of the screenshots shows off that great taunt of him lying down on a small tornado and chillin'.
Of course, some of the best looking shots for any character in Street Fighter 6 come from their level 3 super and their win animation. These screenshots include another look at each, and we get to see the movement in his level 3 super as Rashid can be seen in different areas on screen coming down from the sky and crashing down into Luke.

If you're excited to play as Rashid in Street Fighter 6, fortunately, you won't have to wait too long. Rashid is slated for release on July 24, and he will be available as part of the game's Year 1 Pass and sold individually as well.
If you REALLY can't wait, Capcom also released the Rashid Arrives Fighting Pass which adds new unlockable items that are Rashid-themed.
