Omaha Police investigating downtown shooting
OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - Omaha Police are investigating after a man was shot downtown Saturday afternoon.
Officers were dispatched to 17th and Nicholas Streets around 1:25 p.m. for a report of a shooting. One man suffered a gunshot wound to the leg and was transported to the hospital with a non-life-threatening injury.
The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to contact Omaha Crime Stoppers at (402) 444-STOP or submit an anonymous tip online. Tips leading to the arrest of a shooting suspect are eligible for an enhanced cash reward of up to $10,000.
