Zendaya Joins Dwayne Johnson in Live-Action Moana Remake Fan Trailer
Disney is bringing one of its youngest and more recently introduced princesses back in live-action format with 2016's Moana getting its own remake, and fans imagine how would it look like with Zendaya playing the main character.
Earlier this year, Dwayne Johnson announced he was going to play Maui once again, but this time not only lending his voice but his whole body to the character in the live-action adaptation of Moana. Unfortunately, Auli'i Cravalho is not returning to play the titular princess in the upcoming project, so the studio will have to get a new actress for the role.
Zendaya is one of the biggest stars in Hollywood right now, so it would make sense for Disney or the fans to want her to be part of any project, and Moana would be a good movie for her to join the studio's classic legacy.
