1 killed, 1 injured in early morning crash in Dover-Foxcroft
DOVER-FOXCROFT, Maine (WABI) - A person has died following an early morning crash in Dover-Foxcroft, according to the Dover-Foxcroft Police Department.
It happened on the Dexter Road, in the area of Gravel Pit Road around 12:45 a.m.
When police arrived they found one person had died at the scene, and another was taken to a local hospital with unknown injuries.
Due to the ongoing investigation, no names are being released at this time.
Police say early indications show that alcohol was a factor in the crash.
The Dexter Road is now back open to all lanes of traffic.
