Haaland breaks Premier League scoring record

His shot from a tight angle is parried by Ortega, then Fornals slams the rebound at Silva. City clear. West Ham deserve something for their efforts tonight: pride in a determined performance will have to do. It should give them succour and confidence for the relegation run-in, and of course their European campaign.

Mahrez swings it in. The ball’s half cleared, but Foden meets the dropping ball, on the edge of the D, and volleys goalwards. The ball takes a huge deflection of Emerson’s ankle, sending Fabianski the wrong way and the ball into the bottom left.
