βThe Crescent Lawn Company owns and maintains only the semi-elliptical area above the ha-ha on behalf of the residents of the street; the area below (i.e. south of) the ha-ha is part of the Royal Victoria Park, which is owned and maintained by B&NES Council,β a spokesperson for the Crescent Lawn Company said, according to Bristol Live.
Twitter erupted over the prank on Friday, with many reacting gleefully to the giant penis.
βThis is prank royalty! They mowed a penis into the grass at King Charles coronation site,β one user wrote along with several laughing emojis.

βPranksters mowing a giant penis on the grounds of that coronation party feels like the beginning of the end of something. People find the idea of a British king in 2023 absurd, and public opinion of the monarchy will only go down from here. Idols keep falling off their pedestals,β writer Caitlin Johnstone tweeted.

British citizens will be called on to swear allegiance to King Charles III during his upcoming coronation in a move that has created tensions among some in the nation.
During the Homage of Peers, Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby is set to say, βI call upon all persons of goodwill in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and of the other realms and the territories to make their homage, in heart and voice, to their undoubted King, defender of all.β
The expected response from the British public is: βI swear that I will pay true allegiance to Your Majesty, and to your heirs and successors according to law. So help me God.β
