One shot at Van Ness Muni station
SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — One person was shot at the Van Ness Muni station in San Francisco on Friday, the San Francisco Police Department confirmed.
The shooting happened at about 4:08 p.m. at Market Street and South Van Ness Avenue.
The victim is a 30-year-old man who was hospitalized and is expected to survive.
The southeast entrance of the station was closed due to the shooting, according to the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency.
