'Bomb cyclone' storm dumps more rain, with Friday to be biggest day in East Bay, Peninsula and South Bay
The first wave of an atmospheric river storm slammed the northern part of the Bay Area on Wednesday and Thursday with massive rainfall totals but mostly left the East Bay, Peninsula and the South Bay alone.
