‘Below Deck’ alum Kate Chastain addresses rumors Ben Robinson is baby’s dad

Kate Chastain is clearing up rumors that her friend and former “Below Deck” co-star Ben Robinson is the father of her infant son.
The new mom tweeted a photo of her baby boy sleeping on Monday, addressing recent social media speculation.
“For the record, the only thing this handsome guy has in common with any chef is the tendency to get emotional around meal times,” Chastain wrote.
The 40-year-old’s social media upload, which she also shared via Instagram Stories, comes as many fans congratulate Robinson on the newborn’s arrival.

“Why does the baby look like a mini chef Ben lol,” one Instagram user commented on Sullivan’s “hard launch” on Friday, with another calling him “100000% bens kid.”
More comments pointed out the “resemblance,” with one reading, “tell me Ben’s the dad without telling me Ben’s the dad 😂.”
Robinson, 42, has yet to confirm or deny his paternity.

After Chastain announced in December 2022 that she was pregnant with her first child, the former chief stewardess gushed to Andy Cohen about her plans to parent solo.
“I’m happy to do it alone,” she said on “Watch What Happens Live” that same month. “I think being a chief stew really trained me for it.”
As Chastain neared her due date last month, Robinson poked fun at her via Instagram for being “the same weight” as him.

“But to be fair I have been hitting the gym!” the chef joked. “Please wish my great friend an easy delivery and a healthy beautiful baby! I am so proud of who you have become and the mother you will soon be.”
While the longtime friends have admitted to hooking up between Seasons 2 and 3 of the Bravo show, Robinson has been with girlfriend Kiara Cabral since 2020.
As for Chastain, the “Below Deck Galley Talk” and “Bravo’s Chat Room” star last publicly dated soccer player Ro Hernandez in 2016.
