Jane Fonda re-wears her favorite purple power suit to pre-tape The View in NY with Book Club costars
Hours after attending the premiere of her new film Book Club: The Next Chapter, two-time Oscar winner Jane Fonda was up early on Tuesday morning to pre-tape an episode of The View at ABC Studios in Midtown Manhattan.
The 85-year-old Hollywood legend - who relies on stylist Cristina Ehrlich - re-wore the same exact purple Max Mara pantsuit she donned for the premiere of 80 for Brady at Regency Village Theatre in Los Angeles back on January 31.
But rather than silver Sarah Flint heels, Jane - whose glam was taken care of by hairstylist Jonathan Hanousek and make-up artist David De Leon - paired her power suit with sensible, flat black loafers and a matching purse.
Fonda was joined by her castmate - Oscar winner Diane Keaton - who showcased her kooky yet conservative sense of style in a black bowler cap and a chic b&w plaid coat over a black turtleneck and pants.
The eccentric 77-year-old - who styles herself - pulled several faces as she arrived to ABC Studios wearing glasses and black high-heeled booties with her hat and coat in hand.

Also joining Diane and the fitness tycoon was their co-star - Oscar winner Mary Steenburgen - wearing a pink-patterned wrap maxi-dress and white boots selected by stylist Amanda Lim.
Hairstylist David Stanwell coiffed the 70-year-old wife of Ted Danson's brunette fringed locks and make-up artist Natasha Smee brought out her brown eyes with false lashes and pink blush.
Missing from the squad was the ladies' castmate - Oscar nominee Candice Bergen - who did accompany them to AMC Lincoln Square Theater on Monday for the Book Club: The Next Chapter premiere.
In the Italian-set comedy sequel - hitting US/UK theaters this Friday - Jane gets to be the bride-to-be as her character, hotel mogul Vivian, prepares to wed retired music promoter, Arthur (Don Johnson).
And Diane, Candice, and Mary reprised their respective roles as Diane, Sharon, and Carol in Bill Holderman's Book Club: The Next Chapter, which currently holds a dismal 63% critic approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
