Rob Lowe is marking over three decades of sobriety with a shirtless photo of himself in the ocean.

“33 years ago today I found recovery and a tribe that has sustained me on my incredible, grateful journey,” he captioned an Instagram selfie Wednesday. “My life is full of love, family, God, opportunity, friends, work, dogs and fun.”

The “9-1-1: Lone Star” actor concluded, “If you or someone you know is struggling with any form of addiction: hope and joy are waiting if you want it, and are willing to work for it!”

Lowe’s comments section was filled with sweet praises from several of his celebrity friends.

“Saved by the Bell” alum Mario Lopez commented “🔥🔥🔥,” while “Grey’s Anatomy” star Kate Walsh added, “👏👏👏.”

“👏👏👏💜 Beautiful shot of beautiful you! Love you and your family! 🥰,” wrote actress Linda Thomspon.

Lowe was also commended by his youngest son, John, who celebrated five years of sobriety last month.

“Proud of your recovery,” he wrote before joking about his dad’s snap, “opposite feeling about this selfie.”

The “Parks and Recreation” alum has long been open about his sobriety journey, which he began in order to help him stop cheating on his wife.

“[I] was attempting my first try at monogamy, which was not really in my nature at the time, and I wasn’t able to do it,” he told Haute Living LA in 2014. “It made me examine how I was living.”

Six years later, he credited Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler for playing a “big part” in helping him stay sober.

“I was probably sober two or three weeks, maybe, and I got a phone call from Steven Tyler, who I did not know,” Lowe said at an event at the time. “He called me and said, ‘I heard you’re in recovery and I just wanted to say, ‘Hey, you’re going to do great.’”

Now, Lowe, 59, is helping his son John continue to live a sober life. Last month, he gifted the 28-year-old his five-year sobriety chip live on TV.

“I love you. I’m proud of you,” Lowe said to his son.

Lowe and Berkoff tied the knot in 1991. Aside from John, the couple also share son Edward, 30.
