Street Fighter 6 is out next week, and fans are very anxiously awaiting its big launch. Capcom continues to share promotional videos and new details about the game as we get closer and closer to release, and a recent new trailer brings the reveal of another classic alternate costume.

In a Japanese promo ad featuring former wrestler Saori Yoshida, Capcom gave fans a quick look at the nostalgia costume for E. Honda. The sumo makes a return back to his Street Fighter 2 look with this alternate outfit, and it already looks great in motion.

The new ad centers around Yoshida's wrestling days, panning between photos of her career and shots of her today in the gym. She lifts up a PlayStation 5 controller, leans forward in a wrestling stance, then finds herself transported into Street Fighter 6's World Tour Mode.

Being a wrestler, we see her go up against none other than a fellow Japanese wrestler (albeit sumo) in E. Honda. We see her avatar square up and standing opposite of her is E. Honda with a clear shot of his classic costume.

The two do battle for a few seconds before the shot pans away, but fortunately we get a real good look at the new outfit thanks to the footage being direct capture and featuring nice close up angles.

E. Honda made his fighting game debut on February 6, 1991 as one of the original eight fighters in Street Fighter 2: The World Warrior. This nostalgic costume takes us back to the past and sees Honda rocking his classic white and light blue mawashi with his kabuki-style face paint.

Just yesterday, we spotted the reveal of Dee Jay's nostalgia costume in Street Fighter 6. Capcom put together a developer deep dive with Red Bull Gaming in which we clearly saw the Street Fighter 2 world warriors' retro digs, and I'm happy to announce that his bright orange "MAXIMUM" pants are back in action.

So far, classic costumes for Ryu, Chun-Li, Guile, Ken, Zangief, Dee Jay, and E. Honda have been unveiled. The only other returning character left to have one is Blanka, but it doesn't seem that Capcom has showed it off yet.

We did, however, see that Juri is going to be receiving her Street Fighter 5 costume here in Street Fighter 6.
