Nidra announced as new DLC character for Them's Fightin' Herds and possibly the first fighting game tapir ever
There's been tons of animals who've been made into fighting game characters in the past from dogs to kangaroos, but we don't think we've ever seen a tapir before.
That is until this weekend, however, when Mane6 announced the next DLC character for Them's Fightin' Herds' Season 1 Pass, Nidra, at Combo Breaker 2023.
As can be seen in the new trailer for the game, Nidra appears to be a sleepy tapir, who also has some sort of mystical powers given her glowing eyes and galactic mane.
From a gameplay perspective though, Nidra looks like an in-your-face brawler type character with high-low mixups as well as crossing through the opponent.
Nidra is set to join Texas, Stronghoof and one more unannounced character as part of the season pass this Summer along with a brand new stage.
She can be picked up as part of said season pass for $20 or individually for $5, and you can check out Nidra's reveal trailer below.
