Diablo 4 KFC Collaboration Officially Revealed
Diablo 4 has officially begun its new promotion with KFC featuring special in-game cosmetics. Neither Blizzard nor KFC formally announced the upcoming promotion beforehand, but it seems the Diablo 4 promotion is now live at many of the restaurant's locations.
Recently, several leaks suggested a second KFC promotion with Diablo 4 was coming for the game’s launch. Though it was never officially announced, an internal email made reference to several in-game cosmetics players could obtain by purchasing KFC, and models for several poultry-themed Diablo 4 weapons were discovered as well.

It seems the Diablo 4 promotion is not only real–it is rolling out at KFC locations across the US right now. On May 29, KFC added a new landing page to its website announcing the collaboration with Diablo 4, and many of its restaurants began using special Diablo 4 cups and sandwich wrappers. According to the website, players will be able to sync their Battle.net accounts to unlock rewards starting May 30, but sandwiches purchased digitally through the KFC app or website now will still count as qualifying purchases. With the cheapest sandwiches costing about $5, unlocking all five Diablo 4 weapons from KFC will cost about $25.
Strangely enough, neither Diablo 4 nor KFC actually announced this collaboration anywhere else. Many Diablo 4 fans have confirmed the promotion seems to be live, but have been unable to figure out how to acquire codes from valid purchases. According to Diablo 4 fan and Twitter user triplebud, some KFC staff members aren’t even sure how the promotion is supposed to work.
Other fans are having more luck with the collaboration, however. Diablo 4 content creator Aodan was able to acquire codes of his own and is offering to help other players do the same. Hopefully, KFC and Diablo 4 can iron out the kinks of this promotion soon so that players who participate can get all the cosmetics available from the crossover.
Players who want even more bonus cosmetics can also obtain some Diablo 4 weapons and back pieces as Twitch drops. Starting with the game's full release, players can earn cosmetics for each class by watching six hours of Diablo 4 on Twitch each week for a month, and can even earn an exclusive mount by gifting subscriptions during the period. As long as the code redemption for this KFC promotion goes smoothly, players should be able to use all of these special cosmetics with Diablo 4’s robust transmog system.
Diablo 4 releases June 6 on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
