The Capcom Showcase returns this year on June 12 promising new reveals and perhaps our first look at Rashid in Street Fighter 6
Street Fighter 6 just launched a few days ago, but it seems we may be getting more news about what's coming next for the game quite soon.
To help celebrate the company's 40th anniversary, Capcom is set to bring back the Capcom Showcase next week with the promise of new reveals for their upcoming games and content with SF6 being likely pretty high on that list.
This year's Capcom Showcase event is scheduled to take place next Monday, June 12, at 3 p.m. PDT / 6 p.m. EDT with a runtime of around 36 minutes in total.
The official description for the stream states, "we look forward to sharing new information about Capcom's upcoming releases and future titles with our fans around the world."
Tune in on June 12, 3pm PDT for a Capcom Showcase digital event featuring roughly 36 minutes of news and updates on our latest games.
See you there!

There is no direct mention of Street Fighter 6 being present yet, but considering it's the company's newest game and already becoming a sizable hit for them, it'll almost assuredly have some presence at the event.
If we do get new SF6 reveals at the Capcom Showcase, the most obvious thing would be of course Rashid as the first DLC character, considering he is scheduled to release sometime this Summer — or perhaps their Fighter Pass system.
There is also a chance Rashid or SF6 news will be present at the Summer Game Fest taking place in just a few days on June 8.
Following Rashid, Year 1 of SF6 DLC is bringing in A.K.I. this Fall, Ed in the Winter and Akuma in Spring 2024.
The Capcom Showcases in the past few years have been pretty light on new announcements and focused mainly on recapping / presenting what's coming from the developers, but those weren't exactly received the best by fans.
So hopefully this means Capcom has taken to heart that people want to see new stuff when they tune in to one of these events.
Street Fighter 6 managed to sell over 1 million copies in just a few days after release, so there's going to be a lot of players looking for what's coming next and beyond for the game.
