Bam Margera announced that he is no longer drinking amid claims that he is a meth addict.

“For the sake of Phoenix the wolf. Today is the day I will stop drinking,” Margera, 43, captioned an Instagram post on Friday, referring to his 5-year-old son with estranged wife Nicole Boyd.

Back in February, Boyd filed for separation after believing he would be hanging around their child while under the influence. He even claimed that she wasn’t allowing him to see the child until he got clean.

The post was accompanied by a photo that featured Margera holding what appeared to be a bottle of alcohol.

In a separate post, Margera — who was in and out of rehab facilities in 2022 — also responded to his brother’s claims that he was high on meth after the two got into an altercation and the drummer pressed charges for assault.

While posing outside of an Urgent Care and flipping off the camera, he held what appeared to be drug test results.

“Well my brother made false accusations of me being on meth,” the caption began, going on to explain that he went with his “lawyers” to get tested for drugs after Jess Margera claimed that his younger brother was high during an alleged assault.

The troubled reality star went on to claim that the drug test was negative.

Jess’ accusation came after Bam allegedly assaulted the CKY drummer, 44, on April 23 near Pocopson Township in Pennsylvania, later fleeing for three days before turning himself in.

He alleged that Bam was “unrecognizable” as his little brother had been using meth, which caused him to have a “meltdown.”

Jess also claimed to authorities that Bam had left behind a note that read, “If you even f–king think of calling the police on me I will officially f–k you up.”

In a third post, Bam accepted Lamar Odom’s offer to get clean after the former basketball player told TMZ that he would house Bam in his new California rehab facility free of charge.

“Lamar Odom, I just heard your message. Yes, I do want your help,” the former professional skateboarder said.

Bam has since pleaded not guilty to the several charges he faces. captianncreamstain/Instagram

In the official police report, obtained by Page Six, Bam is facing six different charges, including one count of simple assault, one count of harassment and four counts of terroristic threats with the intention to terrorize another.

Bam’s attorney, Michael van der Veen, told Page Six that the MTV alum entered a plea of not guilty following his arraignment Thursday.

He is scheduled to return to court on May 25 for another preliminary hearing.

The former reality star has faced serious legal issues and struggled with mental health in the past years. He was arrested for public intoxication in March and was issued a temporary restraining order in April after allegedly threatening a man’s life.

Bam disclosed in 2019 that he had been diagnosed with manic bipolar disorder.
