SAPD: Teen hospitalized after apartment complex shooting, suspect on the run
Investigation underway after teenager shot at Northwest Side apartment on July 30, 2023.
SAN ANTONIO – A teenager is hospitalized after he was shot at an apartment complex on the city’s Northwest Side, according to San Antonio police.
The shooting happened around 1:30 p.m. Sunday in the 100 block of Babcock Road.
Police said the 15-year-old boy was shot and injured. He was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Investigators are still working to determine what led to the shooting. The suspect, described as a man with a ponytail, took off before police arrived.
